Ringkasan Jawatan:
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Wellness Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Petaling Jaya wellness centre.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Support clients during wellness therapies such as:
Foot spa and detox sessions
Sauna and body detox experiences
Non-clinical IV/wellness drip assistance based on standard operating procedures
Spa and relaxation offerings
Inform clients about the health benefits related to detoxification, stress management, and anti-aging
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in therapy rooms and equipment
Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive relationships with clients
Assist in the sale of wellness packages and promote additional services
Help with basic administrative tasks and appointments when required
