We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Wellness Assistant to enhance our wellness offerings in a supportive and professional atmosphere. Training will be provided; no prior experience is necessary.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Assist clients with various wellness therapies, including:
Foot spa and detox treatments
Sauna and body detox sessions
IV/wellness drips (non-clinical and SOP-compliant)
Spa services and relaxation techniques
Inform clients about the benefits of detoxification, stress relief, and anti-aging
Ensure therapy rooms and equipment are clean and hygienic
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
Help in selling wellness packages and promoting additional services
