Ringkasan Jawatan:
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Wellness Assistant to aid in delivering wellness interventions and programs within a supportive atmosphere.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Assist clients during wellness treatments including:
Foot spa and detoxification therapies
Sauna and body cleansing sessions
IV/health drips (non-clinical support based on SOP)
Spa and relaxation services
Inform clients about wellness advantages related to detoxification, stress relief, and aging gracefully
Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of therapy areas and tools
Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with clients
Assist in promoting wellness packages and additional services
Help with basic administrative tasks and scheduling as required
