Ringkasan Jawatan:
We are seeking a Wellness Assistant proficient in Mandarin to enhance our wellness programs within a nurturing environment. Previous experience is not necessary as training will be offered.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Support clients during wellness sessions which include:
Foot spa and detoxification therapies
Sauna and body cleansing experiences
Non-clinical IV wellness drips (SOP-based assistance)
Spa and relaxation treatment services
Inform clients about the advantages of wellness concerning detoxification, stress management, and anti-aging
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of therapy rooms and all equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client rapport
Assist in selling wellness packages and promoting additional services
