The Wellness Instructor must demonstrate a professional and calm presence, delivering attentive, safe, and high-quality sessions in Yoga, Fitness, Pilates, and Sound Healing. They must be reliable, punctual and able to engage with guests in warm, supportive, and guest oriented manner.

With strong technical skills and recognized certifications, they must lead classes confidently, adapt sessions to different levels, and ensure guest safety at all times. They are responsible for preparing and maintaining clean, organized and properly equipped activity.

They should provide personalized guidance, recommend suitable wellness practices and contribute to a holistic and relaxing wellness experience Adaptability, communication skills and the ability to create a serene motivating and inspiring atmosphere are essential qualities.
