Ringkasan Jawatan:
We seek a Mandarin-speaking Wellness Associate to facilitate wellness initiatives and treatments in a supportive and professional atmosphere. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Assist clients throughout wellness treatments such as:
Foot spa and detox procedures
Sauna and body cleansing sessions
IV/wellness drips (non-clinical support following SOPs)
Spa and relaxation offerings
Inform clients on wellness advantages related to detoxification, stress relief, and anti-aging
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of therapy environments and tools
Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate positive client interactions
Assist in sales of wellness packages and promote supplementary services
