Summary of Position

The Accounts Payable Staff manages the supplier's account. The Accounts Payable Staff is also responsible in making sure that all payables have proper documentation prior to check preparation.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

• Receives and validates all documents for payment from the materials management department and from the cashier and encodes all payables in the system
• Prepares check vouchers and check.
• Filing of AP/Check vouchers.
• In charge of sending documents to the school and to Manila for signing.
• Coordinates with the finance officer for cash flow requirements (weekly disbursements).
• In charge of check releasing as scheduled
• Prepares BIR form 2307 for the suppliers....
