We're looking for a full-time, on-site Video Editor who can do more than just cut clips — someone who can research, source footage and images online, and build cohesive, engaging stories from scratch.

What You'll Be Doing
Editing long-form YouTube videos and short-form content
Sourcing high-quality stock footage, images, sound effects, and music
Building cohesive visual narratives from scripts
Matching visuals to voiceovers for strong retention
Adding motion graphics, text overlays, and basic animations
Ensuring pacing, rhythm, and storytelling flow
Organizing and managing project files efficiently

1–3 years of video editing experience (or strong portfolio equivalent)
