open-minded, hands-on Accountant
with
practical restaurant experience
.

This role is ideal for an accountant who understands that restaurants are
fast-paced, people-driven, and operationally dynamic
  not just about debits and credits.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, and monthly accounting for a restaurant operation
• Cash management, POS reconciliation, and revenue tracking
• Cost of sales analysis (food, beverages, wastage, margins)
• Supplier reconciliations and inventory costing
• Payroll support and statutory compliance
• Preparation of management accounts and reports
• Working closely with operations, procurement, and management teams
