What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and mentor sales representatives
• Build and refine sales processes and playbooks
• Drive performance through coaching, KPIs, and accountability
• Optimize and manage CRM systems (pipeline management, reporting, automation)
• Collaborate with leadership to support company growth goals
