Westerner Days - Event Supervisor

Position Overview

The Event Supervisor supports coordination of Westerner Days internal activations taking place July 15–19, 2026. Reporting to the Event Services team, this role focuses on assisting in event preparation, logistics coordination, and ensuring assigned activations are organized according to instructions in advance of the event. This position contributes to the execution of detailed event plans, supports cross‑functional coordination, and helps ensure activations are set up to deliver a seamless and positive guest experience. The role plays an important part in maintaining the overall quality of Westerner Days and supporting the successful delivery of events at Westerner Park.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Coordination and execution of planned activities in the Kidventure pavilion including but not limited to games, bounce houses, sensory stations, vendors and entertainer activities.
