We are seeking an experienced Wet Spray Painter to join our Production team. The role involves preparing and painting precision components for earth-moving equipment in line with company procedures, customer specifications, and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and wet spray paint complex components to industry standards

* Follow detailed work instructions and specifications

* Ensure high-quality workmanship at all times

* Support the Paint Shop Team Leader and production team as required

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills & Experience

* Ideally 2+ years’ wet spray painting experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to follow technical instructions

* Good work ethic and team player

* Able to work independently

* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
