Overview
TieTalent is recruiting for an experienced Wet Trade Operative on behalf of Gilmartins in High Wycombe, England. The role involves patch plastering (including some larger areas), painting, mould wash, and re-pointing within social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have worked in social housing previously and will be comfortable with reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations. The job requires work and travel in High Wycombe and surrounding areas (Princes Risborough, Marlow). Properties are spread across these areas, so regular travel is a requirement. Responsibilities
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance in social housing.
- Work to Scope of Works on PDA for each job.
Requirements
- Full valid driving licence (not automatic).
