WETS EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

You will take on the role of Equipment owner and implement equipment improvement projects to achieve the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters. You job scope include:

• Manage new equipment start up, liaise with vendors, to acceptance of equipment for production
• Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Assistant Maintenance Engineers and Technicians
• Establish CM procedures and troubleshooting guides to allow efficient troubleshooting
• Establish PM procedures to achieve best possible Preventive Maintenance efficiency without compromising quality
• Provide training to Assistant Maintenance Engineers, Technicians to enhance their troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge
• Establish critical equipment spares, consumables stock levels to support equipment recovery time
