WFH Assistant Manager in Supply Chain

OBJECTIVE:

To ensure seamless inventory management, timely procurement, and efficient coordination across local and international operations. This role oversees logistics, import/export processes, and warehouse performance to maintain stock availability, optimize cost efficiency, and support the company's global expansion strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supply Chain Operations

• Oversee stock levels across all warehouses (local and international), ensuring balanced and accurate inventory at all times.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (ERP or equivalent) with real-time visibility.
• Manage end-to-end procurement — supplier sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, quality checks, and delivery tracking.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecast costs, and identify savings opportunities.
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, promotions, and market expansion plans.
