Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and timely customer support via live chat .
  • Assist customers with account management , platform navigation, and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues, and escalate complex cases to relevant teams with proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure a high standard of service while handling multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience , preferably in the fintech or crypto industry .
