Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, empathetic, and timely customer support via live chat .
- Assist customers with account management , platform navigation, and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues, and escalate complex cases to relevant teams with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure a high standard of service while handling multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience , preferably in the fintech or crypto industry .
