WFH Human Resource Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
• Support other HR-related tasks when required

Job Requirements:

• Preferably
  2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently in a WFH environment
• Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment is an added advantage
