WFH Patient Appointment Setter

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a results-driven, work-from-home Patient Appointment Setter to help bring patients into our dental clinic.
This is a purely production-based role — meaning you earn per patient who actually comes to the clinic.

No fixed salary
No fixed working hours
Output-based income
Work from anywhere

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to patient inquiries via:
• Facebook Messenger
• Instagram DM
• SMS / Viber / WhatsApp (if assigned)
• Properly explain clinic services, promos, and payment options
• Qualify patient inquiries (budget, availability, concern)
• Book confirmed dental appointments
• Encode appointments in the clinic's booking system
• Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clinic staff regarding daily schedules

PAYMENT STRUCTURE (PURELY PRODUCTION-BASED):

• ₱ per patient who SHOWS UP at the clinic
