We're looking for a skilled Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of outbound sales calls for both English- and Spanish-speaking markets.

You'll ensure every conversation meets company standards, maintains cultural sensitivity, and supports consistent conversion performance.
