WFH Senior Marketing Executive

OBJECTIVE:

Drive TikTok online sales growth by managing and scaling key revenue levers: External partner management (affiliates & live hosts), paid advertising (TikTok Ads Manager & GMV Max Ads), content strategy, and strategic campaigns — to grow revenue and strengthen the brand positioning in the TikTok ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Affiliate & LIVE Host Management

• Own and scale the affiliate and LIVE host ecosystem — recruit, onboard, train, and manage external affiliates and live hosts to drive consistent GMV growth.
• Monitor affiliate and LIVE performance data to identify top performers, underperformers, and growth opportunities — and build strategic relationships with top-performing partners to secure long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate LIVE scheduling, host rotation, and campaign alignment to ensure consistent LIVE coverage and revenue momentum.
