**About the role**



As a **WFM/Data Analyst** , you will make an impact by delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and tools that enable operational efficiency for the Search News (Hot Events) team. You will analyze data, monitor workforce performance, and ensure adherence to productivity standards, supporting curators, Quality Analysts (QAs), and Team Leads in achieving excellence.



**In this role, you will:**



- **Data Collection & Preparation:** Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.



- **Trend Analysis & Insights:** Perform trend analysis and generate insights to improve team performance and workflows.



- **Dashboard Design:** Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of productivity and KPIs.
