On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Junior WFM/HR Core Dayforce Implementation specialist for a long term contract engagement.



Responsibilities

Support Dayforce WFM & HR Core Module Implementations

-Assist with the configuration and deployment of the WFM (Workforce Management) and HR Core modules during client implementations.

-Work under the guidance of senior consultants to implement features like time and attendance, scheduling, labor rules, and core HR data.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

-Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes related to HR and workforce management (e.g. hiring, employee records, scheduling, time tracking).

-Document client requirements and help translate them into system configurations.
