As a part of the Global Email Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading our WhatsApp marketing initiatives across all markets and driving strategic projects that enhance our messaging capabilities for both email and WhatsApp. 
Key Responsibilities:
WhatsApp program coordination: Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization.
Infrastructure & reputation management: Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance.
Performance optimization: Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
