Deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API 
Experience designing and optimizing chat funnels for sales, service, or lead generation 
Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Twilio, Meta Cloud API) and A/B testing tools 
Strong data and UX orientation ability to analyze drop-off points and drive funnel conversion improvements. 
Skills/Experience  
8-10 years in digital marketing, conversational design, or CRM automation 
Experience integrating WhatsApp with backend systems (CRM, order management, analytics)
