Whirlpool In-Store Advisor

Description

As an In-Store Advisor (ISA) you will be a member of our dedicated Whirlpool Program. You will build relationships with Trade Partner Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) through effective selling, training, and merchandising of Whirlpool products.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a trusted subject matter expert to cultivate memorable, positive RSA & customer experiences in‑store
• Assisted Selling: Drive consumption by directly engaging with customers and supporting RSAs at high‑priority retail locations
• Product Training: Deliver product training to RSAs to empower their selling capabilities
• B2B Platform Engagement: Increase RSA adoption of Whirlpool Central to ensure they are utilizing all available digital tools and resources
