White Glove / VIP Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused White Glove / VIP IT Support Engineer to provide premium technical support to senior executives, VIP stakeholders, and high-profile users across our organisation.

This is more than a traditional IT support role. You’ll act as a trusted technology partner, delivering proactive, discreet, and highly personalised support while ensuring an exceptional end-user experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated white glove support to executives, leadership teams, and VIP users.

Resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and collaboration technology issues.

Manage executive office technology, conference room systems, and critical business events.
