Key Responsibilities: 

Import/Export Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of Japan's import/export operations, regulations, and compliance with both domestic and international supply chain laws. 

Leadership in Site Operations: Direct and oversee site operations to ensure that service agreements meet or exceed client expectations. 

Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional client service through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and addressing outstanding matters in collaboration with global colleagues. 

Strategic Planning and Coordination: Plan and monitor daily schedules to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. 

White Glove Logistics Execution: Lead field operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring premium handling of sensitive shipments, including managing travel and non-standard hours.
