Whole School Teacher Librarian (IB)

Job Description

We are seeking a Whole School International Baccalaureate (IB) Teacher Librarian to begin in July 2026. The role covers all IB programmes (PYP, MYP, CP, and DP), teaching across primary and secondary levels, providing non‑academic services, professional development, extracurricular programming, counselling, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coordinate the IB programmes across all age groups.
• Provide library and media services to support curriculum delivery.
• Develop and implement professional learning and extracurricular activities.
• Offer counselling support and contribute to school marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a subject area related to teaching.
• Recognised one‑year post‑qualification teaching certificate (e.g., PGCE) recognised by the Malaysian Ministry of Education.
