Wholesale Credit Risk – Associate / Vice President – EMEA Emerging Markets, MENA

Serve as the credit expert for a portfolio of clients in the region, with primary responsibility for credit exposure. 

Manage clients across industries including corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign-related entities, including monitoring credit ratings, sector trends, and client performance. 

Lead due diligence, credit analysis, and financial modelling of counterparties, transactions, and complex financing structures; drive preparation of credit memos and recommend appropriate structure, risk appetite, and grading. 

Work across products including secured and unsecured loans, derivatives, trade and treasury products, and related documentation; lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of loan documentation, derivatives, and other facilities. 

Make sound credit recommendations and own the credit approval decision.
