Wholesale Manager

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to accelerate our Wholesale growth across Southeast Asia. In this role, you'll drive sell-in and sell-through performance, strengthen key wholesale partnerships, expand market coverage, and ensure brand excellence across strategic channels.
What You'll Do:
Lead wholesale sales performance to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
Develop and execute go-to-market and seasonal sales strategies aligned with Vans' brand direction
Manage and grow key accounts, securing strong assortments, service levels, and customer satisfaction
Identify new distribution partners and market opportunities to expand Vans' footprint in the region
Partner with Merchandising, Marketing & Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, timely deliveries, and effective in-store execution
