Wholesale Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to accelerate our Wholesale growth across Southeast Asia. In this role, you'll drive sell-in and sell-through performance, strengthen key wholesale partnerships, expand market coverage, and ensure brand excellence across strategic channels.

What You'll Do:

• Lead wholesale sales performance to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
• Develop and execute go-to-market and seasonal sales strategies aligned with Vans' brand direction
• Manage and grow key accounts, securing strong assortments, service levels, and customer satisfaction
• Identify new distribution partners and market opportunities to expand Vans' footprint in the region
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing & Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, timely deliveries, and effective in-store execution
