We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Operations Support Administrator (Customer Service)

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents and Accountancy and the customer;
• Evaluate customer claims and communicate the results back to the customer;
• Issue credit notes and other financial documents independently;
• Enter return authorizations, communicate return requirements to the customer and organize return shipments with Logistics and in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative;
