• Can use a computer
• Knows basic Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Has basic selling and customer-handling skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Open to male or female applicants

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare customer orders and invoices
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Check order and customer details for accuracy
• Inform the team when stocks are low or may run out
• Offer additional products to customers through calls or visits
