RESPONSIBILITIES

Incorporate the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values into daily practice.

Wholesale and Poisons A Licensing

· Be well-versed in NPRA/KKM regulations for wholesale/import/poisons licensing.

· Manage NPRA compliance and internal/external audits.

· Oversee monthly stocktaking.

· Ensure proper document control.

· Maintain policies and procedures.

· Ensure goods distribution compliance and upkeep of the wholesale storeroom.

· Assist in product registration with NPRA

· Manage procurement processes

Adherence to National Standards

• Work per the Ministry of Health Malaysia clinics/hospitals requirements.
• Follow NPRA standards and regulations.
• Play an active role in implementing changes to workflows or practices to meet the required standards.
