A well known organisation is seeking a WHS and Wellbeing Consultant to support a mature People and Culture function. This role acts as a true business partner, driving WHS and wellbeing outcomes across the organisation.

The Role
As a WHS and Wellbeing Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with leaders to embed WHS and wellbeing practices across corporate teams
• Leading WHS programs and initiatives, including risk assessments, reporting and continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with relevant WHS legislation, policies and standards, and preparing required reports
• Maintaining and improving WHS systems and data integrity, supporting audits and corrective actions
