St John NT is seeking a driven, people-focused WHSE Manager to join our People & Culture team and play a critical role in keeping our people safe while supporting lifesaving services across the Northern Territory.

This is a high-impact leadership role where safety, strategy, and operations intersect.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will act as a trusted WHSE advisor across the organisation, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, operational leaders, and key stakeholders.

You will lead the delivery of St John NT’s WHSE framework, driving compliance, strengthening governance, and embedding a strong, proactive safety culture across a complex, operational environment.
