We are working with a leading transactional risk insurance platform to appoint a Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Underwriter to support private equity and corporate M&A transactions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and close collaboration with private equity sponsors, corporates, law firms, and brokers operating across key regional markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting W&I insurance policies on buy-side and sell-side transactions throughout MENA. This includes reviewing transaction documentation, assessing legal and commercial risk, structuring policy terms, and pricing risk appropriately. You will work closely with brokers and insureds during live deal processes, participate in client and advisor calls, review due diligence materials, and negotiate coverage positions in fast-moving, deal-driven environments.
