What’s the Role

Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) is seeking a Credit Analytics & AI Lead to shape the future of intelligent credit decisioning and credit portfolio optimisation across our institutional loan portfolios.

Reporting to the Head of DDAI CIB, this senior leadership role will lead the development and deployment of advanced credit analytics, AI models, and agent‑based automation across the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle. You will drive the digitisation of credit origination, monitoring, and portfolio optimisation capabilities to enable faster and smarter decision‑making at scale.
