Wildlife Biologist

Position Overview

In this role your responsibilities will include assisting with the growth and development of our Biological Sciences capabilities, as well as participating in the growth of new markets and products. Specific business development activities will include participation in the development of proposals; assisting in developing and maintaining internal and external client contacts; mentoring and training new staff to assist in the growth of the Department.

Job Duties

• Assist in the planning and conduct of wildlife inventory programs on a project related basis.
• Ability to identify bird species in addition to protected and endangered species and implement bird protection and mitigation plans.
• Advise on Provincial and Federal legislation pertaining to Species at Risk (SAR).
