Our client, one of Surrey’s most established and highly reputable law firms is looking for a top-notch Wills & Estates Paralegal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning
Draft and prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, and family trusts in accordance with applicable legislation
Draft and prepare documents relating to family, alter ego, joint spousal, disability and Pecore trusts, along with all associated documents
Prepare and manage committee-ship applications
Review client instructions and ensure accurate implementation in estate planning documents
Coordinate execution and witnessing of estate planning documents
Maintain and organize estate planning files and precedents
Estate Administration
Prepare and file Probate and Administration applications and supporting documentation
