• Provide expert 3rd‑level support for SCADA/IIoT applications on Windows and Linux.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and performance issues across field devices, controllers, and backend systems.
• Automate tasks and improve data quality using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Create documentation and help improve processes.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, and Development teams to roll out new applications and updates.
• Support and enhance legacy SCADA systems (WinCC, NC2) while contributing to modernization efforts.

• IT/engineering background or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting and managing IT applications, ideally in industrial or IIoT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows, plus scripting skills (PowerShell, SQL,...
