Job Description
Step into the Site Lead position at Nordex and support the growth of renewable energy by overseeing wind turbine operations and maintenance. Lead a skilled team focused on safety and performance.
This role requires a strong background in wind turbine maintenance, with at least five years of relevant experience. You will mentor Service Technicians, ensure proper safety procedures, and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain optimal turbine performance at your assigned wind farm site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide technicians in repair, maintenance, and calibration
• Perform safety assessments for operational hazards
• Maintain an efficient tools and spares inventory
• Document maintenance procedures and corrective actions
