Wind Turbine Technician - Blade Specialist

Snapshot of Your Day As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll be responsible for the routine service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Siemens Gamesa wind turbines. While based at a home wind farm, you’ll also support a mobile team that covers up to three additional sites as needed. Performing blade inspections will be the main focus of the role, including inspection of all blade quadrants and demarking the findings. You will be required to be physically prepared for the job demands including ladder climbing (minimum 267 steps), lifting, bending, working overhead, and operating in adverse weather conditions while working at heights up to 300 ft.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
