Windows 11 Deployment Specialist

Our client is seeking a Windows 11 Deployment Specialist based in Calgary for a 3‑month contract to support a company‑wide Windows 11 upgrade and workstation refresh initiative.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Refresh, upgrade, and configure workstations to Windows 11
• Validate device performance and troubleshoot setup issues
• Conduct onsite meetings with employees for workstation swap, data migration, and environment setup
• Transfer all critical data including documents, desktop files, browser settings, bookmarks, and PST files
• Configure user profiles, printers, mapped drives, Wi‑Fi/VPN, and application access
• Provide frontline support during the transition and address onboarding questions regarding Windows 11
• Maintain logs of imaging activities, migrations, and completed deployments
• Ensure each user's workstation is fully operational and compliant post‑deployment
