The Senior Windows Desktop Administrator will perform advanced systems administration, troubleshooting, and operational support for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related applications. This role includes responding to user tickets, resolving outages, supporting COTS and GOTS applications, conducting hardware/software diagnostics, and assisting with facility stand‑ups and tear‑downs.
