Education:

Microsoft Certified Engineer / Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred)


Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows Servers


Responsibilities:


  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019 and 2022

  • Administer and support Windows 11 workstations

  • Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance

  • Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and security

  • Troubleshoot server, workstation, and network-related issues

  • Work with IP networking concepts, including VLANs

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and end users
