Role: Windows11 Engineer L3
Experience Range: 8 to 14 Years
Location: Hyderabad,Pune
Must Have:
· Design and implement Windows 11 deployment strategies using tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot.
Provide Level 3 support for Windows 11-related incidents and pro blems.
Diagnose and resolve complex OS, driver, and application compatibility issues.
Collaborate with L1/L2 teams for escalations and root cause analysis.
Good-to-Have:
· Endpoint management and enterprise mobility solutions.
