Compensation: $85,840.97 - $88,614.22

POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the WPS IT helpdesk team, the IT Specialist provides critically important front‑line hardware and software support to WPS staff. IT Specialists are the centralized point of contact and control for incoming requests, issues, and problem resolutions, and as such work with and support all staff members and technologies within the Windsor Police Service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada;
• Community College Diploma (2 or 3 years) or University Degree in an information technology related discipline, with coursework related to IT hardware and software support;
