Wine Sommelier

We are seeking a Sommelier to curate, maintain and manage the wine lounge in Potager. On top of selecting the wines to populate the lounge and ensuring the right care is given to the stocks, his or her duties will include handling supplier relations, advising on the choice of wines to guests, staying on top of stock counts and keeping a keen eye on wine trends to renew selections accordingly. He or she also needs to be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills, staying tactful, friendly and polite to customers while balancing the good sales skills to promote different wines.
