The Role

The Winner Experience Specialist is accountable for ensuring a positive prize-claim experience for lottery winners in our region. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service while guiding winners through our claims processes and will keep winners up to date with claim information in a timely and efficient manner.

Work with customers in person and over the phone to pay out winning tickets

Triage claims according to level of approval review required

Collect related ticket purchase and validation information for file preparation

Prepare standard documentation from developed templates
